Webupdate/solution: When in device manager I went to Bluetooth and It showed a list of different Bluetooth devices. I deleted The “generic Bluetooth device” within that list instead of the media tek one like before (see my comment for context) and it solved the issue without reinstalling after a reboot. everything has been working fine for days.
