WebWhen your leveling you are already at the zero point on the z axis. So to the printer it is at the zero position when really its not. On the first layer it will then move up say .2mm for the first layer so now your at .3mm. To fix this I used the G28 code to home all the axes to zero. WebSep 29, 2024 · One option you can do is while its printing use the babystep feature to move the z axis down while it prints, OR in the slicer, set a negative z offset. start with -0.1mm and see if that helps, looking at your picture, you might need to set it higher, like -0.2mm. cura has this option. i think its called global z-offset.

Nozzle size is 0.4mm, speed set to 40mm/s, temp to 230C (Seems to print better at that temp. smoother result), layer height was set to 0.08mm.
