Bit of nuisance if you wanted to get the King of the Hill achievement but this is the only way I could get the game to move to the cutscene. And in the end, the Arishok and the Qunari are the ones who decided to kill the Viscount and a bunch of people in Kirkwall, over a matter that had nothing to do with the book.
