WebI havent really got an exact answer to that because I use the "old" software not synapse 3. But my keyboard works fine for the "old" software but I think the fix to that is maybe try to recreate the chroma profiles that you want to import to synapse 3 maybe because the chroma file was made with an older software or older update.
