WebPaepae o Heʻeia: Keliʻi Kotubetey and Keahi Piʻiohiʻa Keliʻi Kotubetey is the ʻĀina Momona or CBED Coordinator of Paepae o Heʻeia, responsible for bringing awareness of the loko iʻa to the community and leading production and sale of limu and fish from Heʻeia fishpond. Keahi Piʻiohiʻa is a WebLOKO IʻA O HEʻEʻIA(HEʻEIA FISHPOND) We meet at the edge of the pond to settle in, learn about the pond and the ahupuaʻa of Heʻeʻia, and observe the cultural protocol. Thereafter we help the pond keepers with the work they need done at this time. There will be both heavy and lighter tasks.
