As an employer, you must then either accept the claim or prove to the employment tribunal that the difference in pay was due to a material factor which is not tainted by direct sex discrimination. WebThere are strict time limits for making a claim to an employment tribunal. In most cases, you have 3 months minus 1 day from the date the problem at work happened.
