Overall, 93 patients (66%) reported either headache or neck pain with 49 of those (53%) reporting both. WebHypermobility in the neck makes for an unhappy spinal cord, which can produce pain, dysautonomia, and dizziness. A strong, stable neck protects the spinal cord and can reduce symptoms.
