WebMay 24, 2024 · You have some redundancy there since ECM has a toggle to counter enemy ECM and also disables your CAP from doing that if you have ECM. Targeting computers are mostly useless after their nerf aside from getting minor projectile speed boosts for extreme range PPC snipers or minor range boosts only useful on extreme range laser boats.
