The speed of flicking thru JPGs is no faster than say FastStone Viewer. Even the 100% zoom speed is comparable to that of FastStone Viewer. It is faster than Lr though. WebFirst, why JPEGs and raw? that makes it a lot more complex to cull in most any browser or database type image program. Second, the best I know of for raw itself (maybe it would also show JPEGs, I dunno) is Fast Raw Viewer. I find it even faster than Bridge or Photo Mechanic.
